Consent to the storage and disclosure of data

I consent to the storage of my personal data, which I have provided in the context of participating in soft.fact services (for example, in cover letters, resumes, testimonials, questionnaires, interviews). I agree that this information may be used to contact me if I am considered for a position or team.

If I myself have provided “special categories of personal data” in accordance with Art. 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation in documents I have submitted (e.g. a photo that reveals ethnic origin, information about severely disabled status, etc.), my consent also applies to this data. This consent also applies to data about my qualifications and activities from generally accessible data sources (in particular professional social networks), which have been permissibly collected.

If you wish to make any restrictions or additions to your declaration of consent to the disclosure of your data, please let us know.

This consent is voluntary. I can refuse it without giving reasons. I can also revoke my consent at any time; in this case, my data will be deleted immediately. Note: Without the consent, we cannot process your personal data and fulfill our contractual obligations to provide you with the best possible matches based on your data.

DECLARATION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WITH REGARD TO SPECIFIC CATEGORIES OF DATA:

I consent to the processing of the special categories of personal data contained in my account and the attached documents for the purpose of carrying out the purpose of the contract. This consent is solely for the purpose of being able to consider the account in its present form in the first place. My data will not be disclosed to third parties.

My User Account contains special categories of personal data (e.g., a photo that allows conclusions to be drawn about my ethnic origin and possibly my eyesight and/or religion; similarly sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Data that we do not collect, but which is also regulated in this article, is personal data such as marital status information that may provide information about my sex life or sexual orientation).

I am not obliged to give this consent and can instead create an account adjusted for the special categories of personal data without this having any effect on my chances in the mediation process. I may refuse to give my consent without giving reasons and may revoke any consent given at any time. In the event of revocation, my data covered by the consent will be deleted immediately. However, in the event of non-granting or revocation of consent, my account that has already been set up cannot be considered in its present form.
