Sales Account Executive & Business Development - (German/ English) - m/f/d

Overview

As a Sales Development Executive, you will research, network and educate potential customers and qualified leads. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach in the DACH region. The ideal candidate looks forward to making phone calls, knows how to use a LinkedIn sales navigator, and excels at building relationships with our German-speaking clients across all industries.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and milestones.
  • Definition of KPIs in close cooperation with the sales team and management
  • Meeting quarterly SQOs, lead SLAs and weekly KPI and activity targets.
  • Representation of the company at international conferences and trade fairs (USA and Europe)
  • Organization of webinars or workshops to attract future customers
  • Support the team in building a soft.fact community with events physical and virtual).
  • Building relationships with multipliers to spread the soft.fact solution even further
  • Continuously fine-tune messaging to potential customers
  • You keep an eye on the competition and the industry to anticipate trends
  • Negotiate SaaS contracts with C-level contacts

Requirements

Qualification

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills - German, English
  • You are an energetic, independent person who enjoys working in an international environment.
  • You have the ability to understand customer needs, ask open-ended questions, and actively listen.
  • You are a team player* with collaboration skills and experience working with sales, marketing and product teams
  • You are structured, organized and detail-oriented and know what qualitative reporting looks like
  • You have first experience in sales development, ideally in a software or Saas company (optional)
  • Experience with Sales Tech Stack or similar tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Linked Helper, HubSpot, Eventbrite, etc. (optional).
