Nowadays, everyone is talking about agility in the enterprise. But this always requires a team that scores with an agile mindset. Today we will show you 4 signs how you can recognize that you have to work on your mindset to become more agile.

1. Inflexibility: A rigid team mentality can manifest as inflexibility to changing circumstances or new ideas. You may be resistant to change or unwilling to consider new approaches.

2. Lack of collaboration: You may have difficulty working together effectively and collaborating or communicating with other teams or stakeholders.

3. low creativity: you lack out-of-the-box thinking and therefore creativity. You have little to no willingness to think outside the box. If you are stuck in your ways, you can't embrace new ideas or approaches, which is necessary and can make all the difference in today's fast-paced work environment.

4. unwillingness to learn: You may not recognize the value of learning and developing as a team. You invest little time and resources in training or skill building. If you are not willing to try new things and learn from your mistakes, you will not achieve success in the marketplace.
